This grilled bruschetta chicken is an amazingly easy and healthy dish from Christy at The Girl Who Ate Everything. The recipe uses low-carb ingredients (part skim mozzarella and skinless chicken breasts among them), yet doesn't it look delicious? The sun-dried tomato dressing really adds flavor, and in the end, the dish only has 200 calories per serving. These will be a hit for the whole family.
