Okay, I confess that I have much to learn about cooking and baking. But one thing I was taught while young enough to tug on my grandma's apron was this: cookies come out of the oven. These no-bake chocolate peanut butter cookies, however, fly in the face of that. There's no baking, and they are flourless. And amazingly easy -- just mix all the ingredients together, and eat it. Katie at Chocolate-Covered Katie uses real peanuts, raisins and peanut butter (of course) to complement the chocolate yumminess.
