Happiness: Technically a Salad, Not a Dessert!
Rebbeca Crump at Ezra Pound Cake says this strawberry pretzel salad "makes your TONGUE feel like it's made of GOLD!" The crust is made of crunched up pretzels. The topping boasts strawberries, strawberry jello and a secret ingredient -- crushed pineapple, to give it a little tang. In between the crust and the topping is a layer of creamy, cream-cheesy, whipped-creamy stuff that melts in your mouth like a good cheesecake should -- except that this is not a cheesecake, it's technically a salad, so you don't have to wait until dessert to eat it!

Strawberry Lemonade Cake Layered With Heaven
Although this attractive strawberry lemonade cake is made with a mix (basic store-bought strawberry cake mix), the value added to it by Ruthanne of easybaked.net is what makes it yummy. The recipe calls for Kool-aid lemonade mix, along with cream cheese, Cool Whip, marshmallow creme and, of course, fresh strawberries. Most of the ingredients contribute to the creamy white filling. This would make a great cake for any occasion, but especially for Valentine's Day or a little girl's birthday.
